Hope you all had a Merry Christmas! Remember no morning classes on Friday just Open gym starting at 3pm and then classes at 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm.

A.) 20 Minutes to build up to a Heavy Single Split Jerk

B.) 10 Minutes AMRAP of:
3 Push Press @ 115/75
7 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
10 Box Jumps @ 24″/20″
